A Refreshing Change To Your IT Reading
I had noticed in past years, that many of the companies I had done business with, had slowly declined in their customer relationships. It seemed that they would visit less and less, and customer service was slowly deteriorating. Many of these companies were, in my opinion, the very best in their field. This change ended in an overall decrease in customer service satisfaction and product quality and lasted for about three years. However, I am glad to say, that I am seeing an increase in company awareness to this trend. Many companies are making changes and attempting to show genuine concern in this area.
